Dragon Guide of the Forest
A Certification Program in Yasei Shinrin Yoku, Sacred Fire, Night Sky Practices & Ancestral Nature Connection
There Are Forest Guides…
And Then There Are Dragon Guides.
Some people enter the forest to relax.
Others enter to listen.
A few discover that the forest is not silent at all.
They begin to notice patterns… stories… pathways… a deeper conversation taking place between landscape, ancestry, fire, stars, and self.
The Dragon Guide Training Program was created for those people.
This immersive certification experience from Wildcraft Forest School is designed to train a new kind of guide—one who helps others rediscover relationship with nature through Yasei Shinrin Yoku, sacred fire practice, ancestral mapping, storytelling, and the shared Star Map that links humanity across the Earth.
This is not traditional forest therapy.
This is not wilderness survival.
This is something older.
And something entirely new.
What Is a Dragon Guide?
A Dragon Guide understands that nature is more than scenery.
A Dragon Guide recognizes that throughout history, forests were places of initiation, fire was a teacher, and the night sky served as humanity’s first map.
Within the Dragon Guide practice, participants explore a structured five-session framework that blends:
- Forest Therapy and Nature Connection
- Sacred Fire and Firelight Practices
- Star Maps and Cosmic Relationship Studies
- Ancestral Mapping and Story Work
- Nature Communication and Reflective Practices
- Wildcrafted Objects and Symbolic Practices
- Seasonal Awareness and Elemental Traditions
- Personal Discovery and Guiding Techniques
Dragon Guides learn to create meaningful experiences that help participants engage with landscape in ways that are imaginative, reflective, and deeply memorable.
Why the Night Sky Matters
Every culture on Earth once looked upward.
Different languages. Different landscapes.
Yet the same stars.
The Dragon Guide Program explores how the shared sky shaped stories, identity, seasonal living, and humanity’s relationship with place.
Working primarily within the northern latitudes (45°–60° North), participants learn how to incorporate sky awareness, evening experiences, and symbolic navigation into guided nature experiences.
The result is a powerful practice that combines:
- Forest + Fire + Story + Stars
A format unlike conventional wellness, coaching, or nature programs.
